Our story


Since its founding in 1929 by Marion E. Wade, a former minor league baseball player, ServiceMaster has stood by its word and its customers. As a result, it has grown into a world-class company comprised of a family of brands providing residential and commercial services to 5 million customers in the past year alone. Our industry-leading brands provide essential services including termite and pest control, home service contracts, furniture repair, home inspections, residential and commercial cleaning and disaster restoration to more than 75,000 homes and businesses every day.

Imad Achmar

Whether we are helping you to rebuild your home or business after you have experienced water or fire damage, or we are simply cleaning your carpets, you can expect friendly, professional and courteous service.

I am a long-time experienced professional restoration vendor. I joined The ServiceMaster family 30 years ago; I enjoy the challenges of building strong relationships with customers. I am always looking to partner up with new potential clients interested in receiving excellent customer service as well as enjoy the exciting opportunities servicing my existing customers. I always put the customer 1st and work hard to provide the best products, services and solutions for their needs. Being part of the ServiceMaster family whose first objective is “Honor God in All We Do” allows me that opportunity to supply my customers and prospects with the best products and services in the industry. When I am not focusing on my customers, I change my attention to my family. I am a proud parent to our amazing children and I try to be the best husband to my wife. During my free time I enjoy soccer and swimming.

Jason Bell

As you know values aren’t selected; they’re discovered. We don’t choose our values. Our values reveal themselves to us.  This is what has been revealed to Jason over the years. Jason is the Branch Manager, he is accountable for all facets of operation for the Chicago, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and surrounding areas. This includes team leadership, staff training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency and new business development.

When he isn’t working, you’ll find Jason spending time with his family, going to festivals and flea markets, binge watching Hulu and Vudu and finding new music.

Jason was born in Sullivan, IN. After Graduating college for Graphic design, he traveled the nation gaining experience and knowledge. Took a break from Graphic design to help people in need as a County Rescue Squad member and an EMT for 9 years. After an injury to his neck taking him out of the EMS field Jason has changed his methods of helping those in need from the sick and injured to disaster restoration. Jason moved from Florida to the great white north for this career change and the only thing that keeps ringing in his ears is “WINTER IS COMING”.
